The AP report on my hockey team's game against Vancouver said we played "slow and sloppy throughout and showed little fight against a weakened opponent."

Spoke for quite some time with the Gamertell editor last night, who's curious as to why I'm sending one of my writers to CES in Vegas this January instead of going myself. It's mainly because I'd rather work Macworld in S.F. in February, and don't want to take two weeks off that close together, abandoning my family. But also, Macworld gives me more freedom. CES is huge, and I'd be a writer, there. Not the editor in chief. I'd have people bossing me around, instead of me bossing other people around. I think this should all be pretty obvious.
