Big day of meetings. Easily the longest day of meetings I ever had. 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with a couple breaks in between. Still can't go into too much detail, as it hasn't yet been announced, but things look good, provided we weren't just being pacified. I know how these things generally work, and lot of the talk can be just smoke. But we'll see. I left feeling rather optimistic about the whole thing. I was promised 12th row blue line tickets for a Flyers game if our group performs to a nigh impossible level, but it's a fun incentive nonetheless.
And this company has the greatest hallway I've ever walked.
Cramped flight back, but uneventful. Philadelphia has a terrible airport, and we were stuck on the runway for about 45 minutes. Much rather be stuck in the airport, but not worth complaining about. It's easy for me to find ways to pass my time.
