I have a suggestion, and it is bold: It's time SNL fired all the men and just kept the women. They've been funnier for the past couple of years, they're all pretty hot these days (seen the two new cast members yet?), and we're all quite tired of Keenan Thompson and Adam Samberg, right? Replace the current guys with the returning Fey, Poehler and Rudolph, and you've got the best SNL line-up in a decade.
Maybe keep Seth Meyers on the news. Why not? He's kind of girlie, and I'm sure he wouldn't mind.
I mention that, because I've got nothing else to talk about. Oh, remember that e-commerce store it took me over a year to launch in full? Well, I just got us another one. Good $5,000 for the company. This one won't be nearly as hard, since I've been through the process once and since there are fewer variables, but it will be rushing. Big holiday business, so I have to be done by mid-October. Time to get started.
The big fake punt earlier doesn't get us a TD, but ensures a successful chip shot field goal. We take a 10 point lead.

30 Rock is better than SNL, so Fey moving back is a downgrade overall. And Poehler's earned a full season for Parks to see how that works out. Will Forte is funny and odd.
ReplyDeleteMcKinney's keeping a facebook blog for the new KITH show, I'm not on, but you're all social network guy now, so I assume you are and can access it.
So - in the heart of the pennant race my best player got hurt, we fell 3 out - and that wasn't remotely the worst thing that happened yesterday as the person with whom I spend time got laid off. In this economy, particularly down here, this is sort of a thing.
My house is under water; I can't sell. Eventually, when my mortgage payments go up, I won't be able to afford the payments.
Granted, that's a future game - that's more my looking at the monsters Life has coming up the ranks, waiting for me - waiting to pound me.
But yesterday was worth a turnover, another draw play sees the ball stripped and recovered by Life at my 49. And tick, tick, tick, now my 10 point deficit looks a little more daunting. For the first time all game, I think maybe I'm not the side.
Fun!
