So, that was Saturday. Sunday was stuff. Shopped a little bit, did a little yard work, played some video games, wrote some, yelled at the kids.
Life tries for one more shot downfield, but we sack the QB.
Life's ball: 4th and 17 on its own 29.
This is more for my own purposes than for any of you; a simple study to see if I could beat life in a game of football, with each day being one play from scrimmage. Feel free to watch the game if you find it entertaining. And if you a enjoy a good wager, take life and offer 6.
600 bucks for a new bumper.
ReplyDeleteNot unexpected.
Now, this speaks to the issue I raised before, about how the game impacts real life (you know, like the Heisenberg Principle, that those who are watched have their behavior changed by being watched). I've had this cracked bumper; I've been looking for a time to fix it, maybe absent the game I fix it now -- but, today is the last day of the first half, and with Life driving down the field, it would be untrue to say I was unaware of the symmetry.
At the gun, Life kicks the 26 yard FG to take a 10-0 lead into the locker room.
