Still no word on the appraisal of the house, but the electrician did his thing. Came to $325, which is considerably less than the Realtor(r) said it would be. I hope this guy did enough. If not, I guess we just pay more. We're so far in debt, that adding to it doesn't really mean anything at this point. It's going to get much worse before it gets better, but at least now I know it's going to get better.
Not much of note beyond that, so screw the game for now. I'm going to go play Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles.
