Okay, things are moving. Got the housing inspection back, and aside from the garage door issue and the electrical box, their only contingency was on the toilet plumbing upstairs. The said there's some water damage to the soffit and interior cupboards of the kitchen just under the restroom, but this is cool. That's from three or four years ago, and we've already taken care of it. We'll have to bring in a plumber to prove we've already taken care of it, but fine. I'll do it.
So, all that's left now is for the buyer to get final approval on the loan (she's been pre-approved), then for the bank to appraise the house to make sure it's worth what we're selling it for. That won't be a problem. If it's not worth this selling price, I'm just going to have to bid everyone farewell and drive my car into the river.
