Now, this is the point where people say, "Oh, they grow up so fast." My response every time is, "Not fast enough." To which people will say, "You'll look back one day and long for the time when your kids were in diapers." My response every time is, "You are a moron with selective memory, and you obviously don't know me."
I do not want my kids to be three years old and in diapers. I never have, and I never will. In fact, I'd be pleased if I could just miss the entire toddler phase. If I could be there for their birth, then ship them off to Camp Rock or something for six years before picking them up from their bus in the K-Mart parking lot, I would.
But anyway, so Sam's one step closer to potty training. This is pleasing, as it means we're one step closer to no longer having to pay for diapers. Next time you're at the grocery store, look at the price of diapers, then head to the restroom with me so we can share a good cry.
Nothing else happened. The highlight of my day was Sam pooping. Oh, no, wait! I learned from this Internet thing yesterday that Spinal Tap are recording a new album, and the Dead Milkmen are setting up a tour to see if a new album can come from it. Spinal Tap and the Dead Milkmen! It's 1991 all over again! Where are Emily Niemeyer and Peggy Gillette? We've got some concerts to go see!

Quick dump over the middle gets us some yards back.
My ball: 3rd and 7 on my own 23.
